1. This contest is open to all MELILEA Distributors in Malaysia & Singapore with any purchase of MELILEA / O'EARTH organic product worth 30PV or above in a single receipt during the contest period from 01 June 2010 to 16 July 2010

  2. All the employees of MELILEA and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this contest

  3. The contestant (baby) must be between 2 months to 6 years old & 11 months as at 30 June 2010

  4. Each entry must be accompanied by 4 pictures of the contestant (baby) [ 2 x 4R Size FULL Body Shot and 2 x 4R Size CLOSE-UP Body Shot]

  5. All photographs are non-returnable and strictly prohibited for any other advertising or publicity use without prior approval from MELILEA INTERNATIONAL

  6. The photograph and entry form must be submitted to MELILEA Headquarters, Branches or IOB Centers by 16 July 2010

  7. All finalists will be notified by post and are required to attend the Grand Final Contest held on 25 September 2010[venue & time to be advised]

  8. Cash prize will be issued by cheque in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)

  9. Education fund and product hampers are non-exchangeable for cash

  10. MELILEA INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to use winners' details and photograph for advertising and publicity use

  11. The judges' decision is final and no any further correspondence will be entertained

  12. MELILEA INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to further modified or add-in the rules & regulations, or prizes of the contest when necessary
